onto the bbq stuff, food wise it the same all the time...just get them from ntuc or cold storage while other food like stingray, sotong lah, prawn or those that get from wet market one need to prepare first hand if not the rest just get them on the day itself can le. stuff nowadays dont really need to marinate ba, ntuc sell one mostly got marinate one.

ohya the string ray i can get and the chilli also. just make sure nelson got bk the pit can le.
